The
much-awaited
Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad
(FNG)
Expressway
project
has
finally
on
the
track
to
speed
up
the
work.
The
genesis
of
the
highway
rests
in
the
need
to
shorten
distance
between
the
two
major
cities
of
the
NCR
region,
Faridabad
and
Ghaziabad
via
Noida,
which
will
benefit
the
commuters
who
face
traffic
jam
daily.
These
locations
are
emerging
as
a
good
residential
and
work
destination
due
to
the
expansion
towards
its
peripheral
areas,
to
ease
traffic
pressure
on
the
capital
by
creating
an
external
ring
in
the
periphery.
The
development
of
the
FNG
Expressway
is
being
constructed
in
purpose
to
serve
the
three
cities
of
the
NCR
and
is
great
news
in
terms
of
traffic
decongestion,
along
with
real
estate
development.
Now
that
FNG
Expressway
work
has
finally
picked
speed,
and
project
is
seemingly
on
track,
the
real
estate
industry
in
Noida,
Ghaziabad
are
gaining
a
boost.
These
city
are
emerging
as
the
NCR's
next
big
site
for
residential
developments
and
has
a
lot
of
housing
supply
by
various
developers,
along
the
developing
sectors
of
FNG
Expressway,
one
of
which
is
ACEGroupIndia.
Sanjiv
Srivastava,
the
MD
of
Assotech
Ltd.
says,
"This
expressway
will
establish
a
linkage
with
Gurgaon,
which
has
happened
after
developers
and
builders
under
the
banner
of
Credai
(Confederation
of
Real
Estate
Developers
Association
of
India)
took
the
initiative-we
have
also
renamed
it
G-FNG.
As
Yamuna
Expressway
is
operational,
this
linkage
will
make
traffic
movement
to
Agra
much
smoother."
The
work
on
the
FNG
Expressway
has
been
on
the
fast
track
and
it
is
emerging
as
an
excellent
stretch
for
realty
sector.
